Although the steps down to the underdwelling needed careful negotiation, they were clearly shown on the listing and had a handrail. It added to the charm and didn't pose any problems for me. The little terrace with a view over the town was a delightful bonus, especially when enjoyed in the sunshine.

The only thing I would suggest for a better experience for senior people is a later check-out time. The 10 am check-out was a bit early, especially for those who may prefer a more relaxed morning.
